Affiliate program terms

Participation is free. Affiliates promote ZHT on their own and earn commission on payments from the customers they refer.

Affiliates are not employees, partners or representatives of ZHT and may not speak on the company's behalf.

You must be 18 or older and provide truthful information to take part.

Applications are reviewed, and ZHT may approve or decline any application.

Each affiliate gets their own links. Clicking a link stores a cookie in the visitor's browser, valid for the period shown on the program page.

A NEW account created within that period, in the same browser, becomes a referral. The last link clicked counts. Existing accounts are not attributed.

Referring yourself is forbidden, including through another account or the same payment method.

The commission is a percentage of the amount actually paid by the referred customer (after discounts and excluding taxes) for site and module subscriptions, during the period counted from the first payment. The current percentage and period are shown on the program page and in the affiliate dashboard.

Complimentary plans and 100% coupons do not earn commission. Commission stays in the currency the customer paid in.

Each commission becomes available for payout after a holding period counted from the payment.

A refund or dispute of the payment cancels the matching commission, even if it has already been paid out; in that case the amount is deducted from future payouts.

Payouts are made once a month, when the available balance reaches the minimum shown on the program page, using the payout method saved in the dashboard.

Affiliates are responsible for their payout details and for the taxes on what they receive, and must provide the document required by law for the payout.

Not allowed: sending spam; running search ads with the ZHT brand (or variations); creating pages, profiles or domains that impersonate ZHT; promoting fake coupons or promises; promoting in illegal or offensive content.

Breaching these terms may lead to suspension of the affiliate account and cancellation of the commissions tied to the breach.

Affiliates may leave the program at any time. ZHT may change or end the program with 30 days' notice; commissions already earned are honored.

Affiliate data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. Referred customers appear anonymously in the affiliate dashboard.
